Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. OrganizerThis competition (“Competition”) is offered by Method (“Organizer”). By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our existing Terms of Service (“ToS”) and Privacy Policy (“PP”)
  2. Eligibility
    • Open to legal residents of the USA, Canada, and Europe, who are at least 18 years old.
    • Void where prohibited by law.
    • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  3. Competition Period & Entry
    • The Competition starts on 5th March 2025 and the end date will be communicated via DailyQuest.gg’s WoWDoku game page.
    • Entry is automatic by participating in the daily trivia games on DailyQuest.gg. You must provide a valid email address by registering as a user.
  4. Winner Selection & Prize
    • Each day, the highest-scoring eligible participant for WoWDoku will be declared the winner for that day. In the event of a tie, the Organizer will implement a time-based or tie-breaking quiz mechanism.
    • There are no substitutions or cash alternatives.
    • The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 7 days. If no response is received within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
  5. Data & Privacy
    • Any personal information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy (“PP”).
    • By entering, you consent to being contacted via your provided email address for Competition purposes.
  6. General Conditions & Liability
    • All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Participants are responsible for checking and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
    • The Organizer is not responsible for technical errors, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.
    • Participants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Competition or use/redemption of any prize.
  7. Disputes & Governing Law
    • Any disputes arising in connection with this Competition will be governed by and construed under the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
    • By entering, you agree that any legal action shall be filed within the courts located in London, England and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
  8. Modification & Termination
    • The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Competition if factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition, as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.
